Acting For Film II Workshop

Participants further explore and develop thechniques to deepen their understanding of textual analysis, acting and performance. In addition, classes will include exercises in accessing emotions and developing character.

Workshop will cover:
Teh tools needed to prepare for a truthful on camera performance.

  • Finding eye-lines
  • Hitting your mark
  • Moment before
  • Beats and actions
  • Place and fourth wall
  • Sense and affective memory / emotional recall
  • Fundamentals of characterisation
  • Inner monologue

In this workshop, the participant is required to perform a scene for filming in studio and a monologue for live performance
