Terminatryx 15th Anniversary & “Medusa” Music Video

Cape Town’s female-fronted TERMINATRYX is celebrating its 15th anniversary making Alternative music on their own terms.  This occasion will be marked with a live birthday show at ROAR LIVE on 26 August (299 Lower Main Road, Observatory), with guests DevilSpeak, With Dawn and Khemical Krypt –
(The show will also be the launch of two new remixes of Terminatryx songs: “Scars” by Grimehouse, and “Gone” by Khemical Krypt, and have R4000 in Mr Lucky Tattoo vouchers up for grabs).

The exciting music video for the iRONic remix of TERMINATRYX song “MEDUSA” has been unleashed!

This is the first single from the soon-to-be-released “Remyx v2.0” (remixes of the Terminatryx “Shadow” album, following in the tradition of the band’s self-titled debut album’s ambitious full remixed version “Remyx v1.0” by international and local artists & producers).
Until the full album release, the “Medusa” remix single is exclusively available at – as well as all other Terminatryx releases, including “Shadow” which features the original “Medusa” track / More remix singles will be launched there until the “Remyx v2.0” album’s release on 30 September across all digital platforms (like iTunes), at the 18 Til I Die all ages show, ROAR –

Not blatantly enforcing the Medusa story from Greek mythology, but subtly incorporating elements of it, in this video a hostess (vocalist Sonja) invites three guests to a banquet (the rest of the Terminatryx band members), but a certain slithering fate awaits them…
