Cape Town’s female-fronted TERMINATRYX is celebrating its 15th anniversary making Alternative music on their own terms. This occasion will be marked with a live birthday show at ROAR LIVE on 26 August (299 Lower Main Road, Observatory), with guests DevilSpeak, With Dawn and Khemical Krypt – www.facebook.com/events/143865952862389

The exciting music video for the iRONic remix of TERMINATRYX song “MEDUSA” has been unleashed!
This is the first single from the soon-to-be-released “Remyx v2.0” (remixes of the Terminatryx “Shadow” album, following in the tradition of the band’s self-titled debut album’s ambitious full remixed version “Remyx v1.0” by international and local artists & producers).

Not blatantly enforcing the Medusa story from Greek mythology, but subtly incorporating elements of it, in this video a hostess (vocalist Sonja) invites three guests to a banquet (the rest of the Terminatryx band members), but a certain slithering fate awaits them…
