Teaser: Coming up on The Wedding Bashers
All-White Wedding vs. Traditional Indian Tamil Wedding
Coming up on M-Net’s amusing series The Wedding Bashers this week, celebrity wedding guests Cindy Nell, Denise Zimba, Siba Mtongana and Zavion Kotze are faced with one uncomfortable awkward moment after another at the two weddings they attend.
First up, the Bashers join Liz-Mari and Ruan at their all-white themed nuptial celebration in the beautiful Gamtoos, just outside of Port Elizabeth. The millennial couple left their special day in the reliable hands of Liz-Mari’s mom – who made the bridal party’s dresses, as well as the décor elements. The mother of the bride managed to keep the budget under R50 000, but did she consider all of the necessary wedding elements with everything on her plate?
The celebrities then head to Pietermaritzburg to witness Kitania and Kevin’s traditional Indian Tamil wedding. The pair chose the Aryan Hall as their one stop shop for the ceremony, the reception and the party. Their traditional theme included a red and gold colour scheme and Indian dishes on the menu. But who made this wedding super awkward, and what didn’t impress Denise?
As usual, each Basher will rate both weddings according to their various areas of expertise, namely the décor, food, fashion and entertainment at the end of the show.
