The Incredible True Story

Sgt. Stubby documents the true story of a stray dog that joined his master on the battlefields of the First World War and takes the audience through a captivating journey of teamwork, courage and the power of friendship.

Stubby, a stray Boston Terrier cross who becomes a hero during World War I. Narrated by Conroy’s sister Margaret (voiced by Carter) tells this epic tale of how Conroy gives his new friend a name, a family, and a chance to embark on the adventure that would define a century.

Sgt. Stubby documents scenes where Stubby sniffed out incoming gas attacks as well as finding wounded allies under war ruins and even catching a German infiltrator in the trenches.
