91st Academy Awards

The biggest and most glamorous event in the Hollywood calendar, the 91st Academy Awards, took place on Sunday, February 24. The ceremony was the first host-free ceremony since 1989 after Kevin Hart stepped down amid controversy in 2018. The show had also been dogged by controversial attempts to shorten its runtime.
