With the gap between rich and poor greater than ever, this format follows two families from opposite ends of the wealth divide as they trade places to find out if money really does buy happiness. In the first episode of this new season part-time hairdresser Sarah Timmins, 29, and husband Ross, 28, a former Navy engineer from Redruth, Cornwall swap with wealthy veterinary surgeons Colin and Lizzy Whiting. But there’s a surprise in store at the end of this episode.
