Your Favourite DC Superheroes Take Over Saturdays On M-Net City

The world has never needed superheroes more, and Supergirl, Batwoman and The Flash, all from the “Arrowverse” (DC Comics, for those who don’t know!), are swooping down to save the day! From Saturday, 25 April, these three crusaders congregate – maintaining social distancing of course – at The Home of Heroes, M-Net City, Channel 115 on DStv. On 2 May, billionaire vigilante Green Arrow completes a formidable quartet as they embark on all-new adventures, never seen on any television channel before. This is the eighth and final season of Arrow. Not to be missed!

The action, binge-worthy in anyone’s book, gets under way on Saturday April 25 at 18:20, when Supergirl, aka Kara Zor-El, returns for season 5 of a heart-stopping series that would do her famous cousin, Superman, proud. Her crime-busting credentials are impeccable, as is her bloodline, of course.

Another formidable female crime fighter arrives on our screens at 19:10, making her television debut. Kate Kane, aka Batwoman, as determined as her male counterpart and forerunner, Batman, will restore justice and eradicate evil in Gotham, a city on the brink of collapse. Season 1 sets the tone for a future brimful of suspense and high drama. Before she can complete the mission, she has to conquer her own demons.

The Flash bolts in at 20:00. In the Season 6 Premiere, Barry, aka The Flash, is still recovering from the loss of Nora, his – wait for this – daughter from the future. But duty calls, and there’s no time to waste. He has to act at breakneck speed, which, as luck would have it, is the only speed he knows.

When Green Arrow arrives on the following Saturday for the series’ final season, billionaire Oliver Queen faces the greatest challenge of his life: the survival of the entire multiverse is at stake.
