Mira Royal Detective S1

Inspired by Indian culture and customs, this animated mystery series will take you and your little ones on an epic adventure while learning key life lessons. It follows a brave and resourceful girl named Mira and her many friends. Set in a fictional kingdom that resembles 19th-century India, Mira is the first commoner to be appointed as a royal detective for the queen. She travels all over Jalpur with her two mongoose BFFs, Mikku and Chikku, helping whenever she can. Mira is a wonderful role model with kindness, patience and deductive reasoning. Prominent South Asian actors also contribute to the series, with the likes of Jameela Jamil (The Good Place), Freida Pinto (Slumdog Millionaire), Hannah Simone ( New Girl) and Maulik Pancholy (30 Rock) all providing recurring vocals.

Guns Akimbo

Get ready for a thrill ride in this Matrix meets Fight Club movie – with a daring twist. Daniel Radcliffe stars as Miles, a programmer with little ambition who still pines for his ex-girlfriend Nova. His only outlet is to anonymously insult people who post objectionable online content. The next day, he wakes to a vengeful surprise that will require him to navigate the insane, gun-crazed game in order to survive – and save Nova’s life. The video game-style action scenes and dark comedy add slick and energetic elements to this movie.
