Sarah O\u2019Gorman (<em>Cursed, The Last Kingdom<\/em>) will direct episodes 101,104 and 106, and Vicky Jewson (<em>Close, Born of War<\/em>) will direct episodes 102, 103 and 105.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Declan de Barra will act as Executive Producer and Showrunner, Lauren Schmidt Hissrich and Matt O\u2019Toole act as Executive Producers. Andrzej Sapkowski will serve as creative consultant on the series. He has risen from being a cult star on children\u2019s television to becoming one of Britain\u2019s best known comedians, as well as a writer, philanthropist and award-winning actor. In recent years Lenny has starred in <em>The Comedy of Errors<\/em> at The National, <em>Fences <\/em>at the Duchess Theatre, <em>The Resistible Rise of Arturo Ui<\/em> at the Donmar Warehouse and <em>King Hedley ii <\/em>at Theatre Royal Stratford East. Lenny\u2019s on screen credits include<em> Broadchurch, The Syndicate, The Long Song<\/em> and the biographic film <em>Danny and The Human Zoo<\/em>. Lenny\u2019s Production Company, Douglas Road, has achieved success in partnership with Burning Bright on the recently acclaimed The Commonwealth Kid documentary and has a host of other programmes in the pipeline. As a co-founder of Comic Relief Lenny was delighted to announce this year that the British Public has donated over \u00a31billion to Comic Relief over the last 30 years. Lenny is a strong advocate for diversity, using his voice to give talks on the subject all over the world. He has been a Trustee of the National Theatre since February 2016 and was awarded a Knighthood in 2015 for services to drama and charity. In 2018 the BBC broadcast The Lenny Henry Birthday Show, looking back on Lenny\u2019s career to commemorate his 60th birthday. In autumn 2019 Faber published Lenny\u2019s memoir <em>Who am I again?<\/em> around which he wrote a live show that toured the UK for two months.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2020 has seen further book commissions with a follow-up memoir in the pipeline, two books on the topic of diversity, and a series of children&#8217;s books published through Pan Macmillan. Davie\u2019s break-out show for Channel 4\/HBO\u2019s <em>It\u2019s A Sin <\/em>in 2021. The hit series depicts the lives of a group of gay men and their friends who lived during the UK view of the HIV\/AIDS crisis in 1980s. As a comedian, Moran has toured the world many times, but he also works extensively in film.
