Have you ever wondered whether we are deserving of the fullness of God\u2019s love? Whether we have earned it? Or even whether we are good enough to receive such a gift?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In his latest single, CRAZY LOVE<\/em><\/strong>, singer-songwriter Charl Folscher<\/strong> addresses this question \u2013 and concludes that despite deserving the opposite, God unconditionally bestows His unfathomable and extravagant love on us.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cI sat down at the piano one day and came up with the words \u2018I am broken, you will heal, you were broken, God\u2019s love revealed\u2019,\u201d<\/em> says Charl. \u201cThose first lines cemented the concept of Christ\u2019s love for us and from there the rest just flowed.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The track, produced by Franco Gagiano of Upper Room Studios, underlines the fact that God\u2019s love is always available. It is for this reason that Charl believes that the song will truly resonate with listeners. \u201cCRAZY LOVE<\/strong> expresses the concept of God\u2019s undeserved love, which we receive by His grace alone. We don\u2019t have to do anything to earn it \u2013 we receive it unconditionally.\u201d<\/em> In addition to its powerful message, the single is melodic with a strong dynamic.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A music video of this moving song can also now be seen on TV. It was shot by Josh Farrer in Die Strand and is based on Mutemath\u2019s \u201cone take<\/em>\u201d video concepts. After much deliberation, they decided on a slow action video at the sea. \u201cThe ocean is a constant reminder of God\u2019s glory and of the abundance of His love and grace,\u201d<\/em> he shares. \u201cThe message is that God\u2019s love is powerful. But just like you have to jump into the water to get wet, you have to run to God\u2019s love and have faith in its power. His love will never leave you. The video begins with me, soaking wet (and cold on the day), walking deeper and deeper into the ocean.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n
