Judged by the brilliant pair of Chef David Higgs and award-winning artist, cook, guitarist and vocalist J\u2019Something, MKRSA <\/em>is a show that anyone who knows their way around a pot can enter. Loved by viewers across South Africa,\u00a0 Season 4 will premiere in September 2022.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cMy Kitchen Rules South Africa<\/em> gets better with each season, because the calibre of home cooks also gets better and better. This past season we saw that the pandemic and lockdowns really resulted in many people killing it in the kitchen, and we know that we can expect the same \u2013 or possibly even better \u2013 this time around,\u201d says MKRSA<\/em>\u2019s J\u2019Something.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

How does it work? The fantastic amateur cooking pairs who make the cut start off in an Instant Restaurant round, where they host their competitors and our two celebrity judges with a themed three-course dinner.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Those who don\u2019t get chopped move on to the Challenge Round<\/em> where they go against each other in various cooking challenges. Talk about turning the heat all the way up!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

At the end of it all, the newest wearers of the MKRSA<\/em> crown \u2013 R1-million richer emerge! Could it be you?<\/p>\n\n\n\n
