Disney+ confirms more titles set to premiere exclusively on the service in the UK & Ireland in 2023, including documentary and UK Original \u201cWagatha Christie\u201d <\/strong>(working title)with Coleen Rooney, and Season 2 of Marvel Studios\u2019 \u201cLoki<\/strong>” (6 October) starring Tom Hiddleston and Sophia Di Martino. Also lined up is a third season of hit original comedy series \u201cOnly Murders in the Building”<\/strong> (8 August) starring Steve Martin, Martin Short, Selena Gomez. The much-anticipated FX\u2019s \u201cWelcome to Wrexham<\/strong>\u201d (Season 2) will continue to follow Rob McElhenney and Ryan Reynolds\u2019 journey with Wrexham AFC, while FX\u2019s critically-acclaimed original series \u201cThe Bear<\/strong>\u201d returns to Chicago, with Carmy and his crew working to transform their grimy sandwich shop into a next-level spot.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The highly anticipated UK local original series \u201cThe Full Monty\u201d <\/strong>(14 June) launches in June, taking place 25 years after the original British smash-hit. Additional UK Originals confirmed to join the slate for 2023 include \u201cCulprits<\/strong>\u201d, a darkly funny series starring Nathan Stewart Jarrett (\u201cGeneration\u201d) and Gemma Arterton (\u201cFunny Woman\u201d), and \u201cBrawn; The Impossible Formula 1<\/strong>\u00ae Story<\/strong>\u201d (working title), a British sporting story told by Keanu Reeves. EMEA Originals include animated sci-fi anthology \u201cKizazi Moto: Generation Fire<\/strong>\u201d (5 July), executive-produced by OSCAR\u00ae-winning director Peter Ramsey, from creators across Zimbabwe, Uganda, South Africa, Nigeria, Kenya and Egypt, plus Italian series \u201cLions of Sicily<\/strong>\u201d, based on Stefania Auci\u2019s bestseller \u201cThe Florios of Sicily\u201d, which follows two small spice merchants in search of social redemption.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

All of these titles join next month\u2019s arrivals, including James Cameron\u2019s global phenomenon \u201cAvatar: The Way Of Water<\/strong>\u201d (7 June) and original movie \u201cFlamin\u2019 Hot\u201d<\/strong> (9 June), directed by Eva Longoria, as well as Marvel Studios\u2019 espionage thriller \u201cSecret Invasion<\/strong>\u201d (21 June) starring Samuel L. Jackson.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

FX<\/strong><\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Confirmed Disney+ additions include FX\u2019s \u201cThe Bear<\/strong>\u201d (Season 2), following Carmen \u201cCarmy\u201d Berzatto (Jeremy Allen White), Sydney Adamu (Ayo Edebiri) and Richard \u201cRichie\u201d Jerimovich (Ebon Moss-Bachrach). The series centres on food, family, the insanity of the grind, the beauty of Sense of Urgency – and its steep slippery downsides. FX\u2019s \u201cWelcome to Wrexham<\/strong>\u201d, a football docuseries, will also return for Season 2.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

DISNEY TELEVISION STUDIOS<\/strong><\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Titles set for Disney+ from Hulu include Season 3 of comedic murder-mystery series \u201cOnly Murders in the Building<\/strong>\u201d (8 August), from the minds of Steve Martin, Dan Fogelman and John Hoffman; \u201cSecrets & Sisterhood: The Sozahdahs<\/strong>\u201d, which follows 10 Muslim American sisters whose faith and bonds are put to the ultimate test while trying to navigate cultural expectations, their careers and love in Los Angeles; comedy film “Miguel Wants to Fight<\/strong>” (August, 2023) about a high school senior who encounters a series of hilarious misadventures as he tries to get into his first ever fight; and “The Jewel Thief”<\/strong>, an unbelievable firsthand account of Gerald Blanchard, one of the most accomplished criminal masterminds in modern history.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

MARVEL<\/strong><\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

\u201cLoki” <\/strong>will continue on 6 October, acting as Marvel Studios\u2019 first-ever second season of a series. It features Tom Hiddleston, Owen Wilson, Sophia Di Martino and Gugu Mbatha-Raw, picking up immediately where Season 1 left off.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cEcho<\/strong>\u201d will arrive on 29 November, with all episodes dropping that day. The series tells the origin story of Maya Lopez, whose ruthless behaviour in New York City catches up with her in her hometown. She must face her past, reconnect with her Native American roots, and embrace the meaning of family and community if she ever hopes to move forward.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

LUCASFILM<\/strong><\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Warrior. Outcast. Rebel. Jedi. \u201cAhsoka<\/strong>\u201d arrives in August 2023. Set after the fall of the Empire, \u201cAhsoka\u201d <\/strong>follows the former Jedi Knight Ahsoka Tano as she investigates an emerging threat to a vulnerable galaxy<\/p>\n\n\n\n

PIXAR <\/strong><\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

\u201cWin or Lose<\/strong>\u201d (December, 2023) is Pixar\u2019s first official longform episodic series that has been confirmed for Disney+. The series follows the intertwined stories of different characters as they each prepare for a big championship softball game.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

NATIONAL GEOGRAPHIC <\/strong><\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Bertie Gregory will return to Disney+ with a second season of \u201cEpic Adventures with Bertie Gregory<\/strong>\u201d, which takes viewers on epic and nail-biting journeys that push into the most spectacular and secretive corners of our wild world.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
