ChatUSD is fine-tuned using USD functions and Python-USD code snippets from NVIDIA.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/developer.nvidia.com\/usd\/validator\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" target=\"_blank\"><u>RunUSD<\/u><\/a>&nbsp;\u2014 a cloud API that translates OpenUSD files into fully path-traced rendered images by checking compatibility of the uploaded files against versions of OpenUSD releases, and generating renders with Omniverse Cloud. A demo of the API is currently available for developers in the&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/developer.nvidia.com\/usd\/dev-program\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" target=\"_blank\"><u>NVIDIA OpenUSD Developer Program<\/u><\/a>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>DeepSearch \u2014 an LLM agent enabling fast semantic search through massive databases of untagged assets.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>USD-GDN Publisher \u2014 a one-click service that enables enterprises and software makers to publish high-fidelity, OpenUSD-based experiences to the Omniverse Cloud&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.nvidia.com\/en-us\/omniverse\/solutions\/stream-3d-apps\/\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" target=\"_blank\"><u>Graphics Delivery Network (GDN)<\/u><\/a>&nbsp;from an Omniverse-based application such as&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.nvidia.com\/en-us\/omniverse\/apps\/create\/\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" target=\"_blank\"><u>USD Composer<\/u><\/a>, as well as stream in real time to web browsers and mobile devices.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Evolving OpenUSD Functionality<\/strong><br \/>OpenUSD was invented to better connect film and animation pipelines. Industrial applications \u2014 such as building interoperable manufacturing design pipelines, creating physically accurate real-time&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.nvidia.com\/en-us\/omniverse\/solutions\/digital-twins\/\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" target=\"_blank\"><u>digital twins<\/u><\/a>&nbsp;of factories, or training and validating autonomous vehicles \u2014 require different demands of the 3D framework.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To enable these highly complex industrial and perception AI workloads, NVIDIA is developing NVIDIA Omniverse, the OpenUSD-native software platform for developing applications, as well as technologies that include geospatial data models, metrics assembly and simulation-ready, or&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/developer.nvidia.com\/omniverse\/simready-assets\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" target=\"_blank\"><u>SimReady<\/u><\/a>, specifications for OpenUSD.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Geospatial data models for OpenUSD let users develop simulations and calculations for true-to-reality digital twins of factories, warehouses, cities and even&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.nvidia.com\/en-us\/high-performance-computing\/earth-2\/?ncid=pa-srch-goog-860741-exact&amp;gclid=EAIaIQobChMIv6LWroqtgAMV9AGtBh2RwAO3EAAYASAAEgKyL_D_BwE\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" target=\"_blank\"><u>Earth<\/u><\/a>. For extreme-scale projects, it accounts for the planet\u2019s curvature to ensure the simulations are physically accurate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Industrial applications combine datasets from many tools and sources, each represented in different units. NVIDIA is developing a metrics assembly for OpenUSD that enables users to combine diverse datasets with complete accuracy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>NVIDIA is also developing a structure for new SimReady 3D models. These will include true-to-reality material and physical properties, which are critical to accurately training autonomous robots and vehicles. For example, an autonomous robot tasked with sorting packages needs to be trained in simulation on 3D packages that move and react to physical contact just as they would in the real world.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Get early access to OpenUSD services, resources and tools through the&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/developer.nvidia.com\/usd\/dev-program\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" target=\"_blank\"><u>NVIDIA OpenUSD Developer Program<\/u><\/a>.
