A tried and tested method and plot idea for a movie. This is the premise of Triple 9<span style=\"line-height: 1.75;\">\u201a<\/span><span style=\"line-height: 1.75;\">\u00a0where a gang of criminals use a downed officer as a distraction to commit a heist on the other side of town.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>With a film stacked so heavily with a cast of top names<span style=\"line-height: 1.75;\">\u201a<\/span><span style=\"line-height: 1.75;\">\u00a0one would hope to acheive more in the form of a story. One can&#8217;t fault the acting<\/span><span style=\"line-height: 1.75;\">\u201a<\/span><span style=\"line-height: 1.75;\">\u00a0nor the action sequences (which is a good thing with this being an action movie). These sadly do not make up for a lack of a good plot. The premise isn&#8217;t bad but the exectution falls short.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Triple 9 lacks to on the side of tension-building. Where the plot twists could have built this with audiences<span style=\"line-height: 1.75;\">\u201a leaving the viewer to try and out-guess the characters<\/span><span style=\"line-height: 1.75;\">\u201a or in the very least to add a little dose of shock and awe. A definite missed opportunity.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Fun action sequences<span style=\"line-height: 1.75;\">\u201a and while few<\/span><span style=\"line-height: 1.75;\">\u201a they do give the adrenal gland a kick. A great cast<\/span><span style=\"line-height: 1.75;\">\u201a but in the end<\/span><span style=\"line-height: 1.75;\">\u201a this is not going to push any bounds as far as thinking goes. There is no visible colour bleed, and blacks are deep.<\/p>\n<p>Users with the appropriate hardware or software can scale the picture up to a larger or higher resolution screen, should they so desire.<\/p>\n<h6>Audio<\/h6>\n<p>Audio is presented in a Dolby Digital 5.1 or 2.0 mix. These are encoded at a high bitrate, with clear dialogue on the centre channel of the 5.1 mix.<\/p>\n<h6>Navigation<\/h6>\n<p>Navigation is simple and static. There is an option to select a specific disc chapter via chapter number or the use of a motion thumbnail.<\/p>\n<h6>Bonus Features<\/h6>\n<p>There are unfortunately no bonus features on this disc, other than trailers for Truth, Demolition and the Lego Marvel Avengers game.
