In the US Milli Vanilli went on win the highly prized \u201cBest New Artist\u201d award at the 1990 32<sup>nd<\/sup>\u00a0Grammy Awards.\u00a0Then without warning the wheels came off the duo`s career when it was discovered that they had in fact not sung on any of the songs on their debut album\u00a0or hit singles.
