This adorable film is the only Christmas-themed animated movie releasing in South African cinemas this holiday, and promises a charming, feel-good storyline, combined with a toe-tapping soundtrack.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The film starts with a tearful goodbye, when Niko leaves his family behind to take his place next to his father, Prancer, on Santa\u2019s Flying Forces. For Niko, it\u2019s a dream come true: to become a hero, like his father. However, in a twist of events, Stella, an unknown challenger, arrives to compete for Niko\u2019s spot. Gutted by Stella\u2019s betrayal and desperate to appease his angry father, Niko heads to the frozen North to recover the sleigh, accompanied by his loyal friends, flying squirrel Julius and weasel Wilma. Niko must separate from his pals to travel alone across the Eternal Sea and locate Stella\u2019s home, where he uncovers a surprising secret: his father had betrayed his childhood friend, Ilmar, who is none other than Stella\u2019s father.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>What ensues is an enthralling adventure, and as our heroes face challenges, they must make difficult choices that change Christmas forever.
