Movie Firearms Training Day, Somerset West, Cape Town, for those working in the film industry actors, extras, stunts – who need an Introduction to Weapons – Revolver, Semi-Auto Pistol, Rifle, Shotgun, Assault Rifles – and their safe use on a movie set. Safe movement in scene with weapons, and some action with Assault Rifles. There will also be an opportunity to do some target shooting at the end of the day. This helps you to see the difference in weapon function and the differences between safety on shooting ranges and film sets.<\/p>\n

Our trainers are ex-military personnel and are fully qualified Film Armourers with an excellent safety record in the international film industry.<\/p>\n

Your fee includes weapons, ammo, snacks and lunchtime sandwiches platter. A certificate will be issued to you at the end of the day \u2013 this certifies that you have attended an introduction course to a variety of weapons from a SAPS Certified Movie Armoury Company that is recognised by Production Companies.<\/p>\n

TO BE CLEAR:- These courses are especially tailored towards use of firearms in the film industry. THERE ARE FUNDAMENTAL DIFFERENCES BETWEEN STANDARD FIREARMS TRAINING at the range and Film Firearms Training. This is not a competency course for firearms licensing.<\/p>\n
