This new channel, brought to you by Siyaya TV, promises to\u00a0showcase content that speaks to universal love in the African context, in all its various formats, that\u00a0transcends through barriers and creeds.<\/p>\n<p>Moja Love goes live on Wednesday, 14 February 2018 at 17:00 on DStv channel 157 and will be\u00a0available to DStv Premium, Compact Plus, Compact and Family customers. They can expect to see\u00a0the universal themes of love through a variety of shows ranging from telenovelas, dramas, sitcoms,\u00a0reality, actuality to interactive talk shows.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cMoja is a slang word that means \u2018everything is good\u2019 and while love is a universal emotion, Moja\u00a0Love shall explore love from the unique perspective of the modern South African woman using\u00a0honest, reflective, hopeful and humorous storytelling,\u201d says Jacqui Setai, Channel Head of Moja\u00a0Love TV Channels. \u201cFor the first time on our screens, there is a channel dedicated to celebrate the\u00a0multiple dimensions of love; self-love, sisterly love, maternal love, romantic love, and love that\u00a0drives one\u2019s passions and creates an unbreakable bond in our communities.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The 24-hour channel will be filled with fresh, new-to-air shows that are locally produced and\u00a0primarily target women, with spill over male audiences. Out of the 22 shows that the channel will\u00a0air from February, 80% are created and produced by Siyaya Media Network specifically for Moja\u00a0Love. These dynamic hosts meet daily to schwashwata on every topic that concerns\u00a0women at one time or another. With no topic off limits, the show provides a safe place for women\u00a0to air any issue, in the company of their cistas.
