It\u2019s voiced by a stellar cast that includes Dominic West (The Affair) as The Wolf; Rose Leslie (Game of Thrones) as Red\u00a0Riding Hood; and Gemma Chan (Humans) as Snow White.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWow, that&#8217;s an Emmy, an Annie, an Emile, a Crystal, a BAFTA, a BAA and a Banff,\u201d chuckles Mike Buckland, head of production\u00a0at Triggerfish. \u201cHmm &#8211;\u00a0A Baa and a Banff\u00a0sounds like the next Julia Donaldson book.\u201d<\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"Revolting Rhymes - Trailer\" width=\"750\" height=\"422\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/J2n4OTAqqqQ?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share\" referrerpolicy=\"strict-origin-when-cross-origin\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p><strong>Seal Team: now hiring<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u201cThis latest award comes as we\u2019ve just placed our first job ads for our third feature film,\u00a0Seal Team,\u201d says Triggerfish CEO Stuart\u00a0Forrest. \u201cSo it\u2019s a further reinforcement that South Africa is making some of the best animation anywhere and we\u2019re ready to\u00a0take Africa\u2019s stories to the world.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Triggerfish has produced two of the five highest-grossing South African feature films of all time:\u00a0Adventures in Zambezia\u00a0(2012)\u00a0and\u00a0Khumba\u00a0(2013), but have spent the last five years honing their skills on four multi-award-winning BBC One Christmas\u00a0specials produced by Magic Light Pictures:\u00a0Roald Dahl\u2019s\u00a0Revolting Rhymes\u00a0(2016) and the Julia Donaldson\/Axel Scheffler adaptations\u00a0Stick Man\u00a0(2015),\u00a0The Highway Rat\u00a0(2017) and,\u00a0currently in production, Zog\u00a0(2018).<\/p>\n<p>Seal Team\u00a0follows Quinn, an orphan seal who has been dodging sharks off the coast of South Africa his whole life. \u00a0When he\u00a0loses his best friend to a great white shark, Quinn forms a ragtag special ops unit and does the unthinkable: fights back!<\/p>\n<p>Greig Cameron will make his feature film debut as Seal Team\u2019s\u00a0writer-director, working from a story by Wayne Thornley\u00a0(Adventures in Zambezia) and Brian and Jason Cleveland, with Anthony Silverston (<a href=\"http:\/\/www.samdb.co.za\/blogs\/blog\/2013\/10\/04\/khumba-review\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Khumba<\/a>) as head of development.<\/p>\n<p>Cameron is one of the most experienced directors of animation in South Africa, having written and directed 45 episodes of\u00a0the hit series Supa Strikas, broadcast on Disney XD in over 130 territories. He was also the head writer on\u00a0Moosebox, currently in\u00a0production with Nickelodeon, and wrote for Sunrise Productions\u2019\u00a0Munki &amp; Trunk,\u00a0currently on Nicktoons, as well as the cult South African show Urbo: The Adventures of Pax Afrika and the pilots\u00a0for Triggerfish\u2019s series\u00a0Mama K\u2019s Super 4,\u00a0being co-produced with Cake, and Mike Scott\u2019s\u00a0Dogshow With Cat.\u00a0\u00a0He also made the shortlist for the Triggerfish Story Lab with The Walt Disney Company and the Department of Trade and\u00a0Industry, from around 1400 entries from across Africa.<\/p>\n<p>The Industrial Development Corporation, The Department of Trade and Industry and Cinema Management Group\u00a0(CMG)\u00a0are\u00a0financing\u00a0Seal Team, with CMG handling worldwide sales.<\/p>\n<p>Triggerfish is currently hiring for the visual development phase of\u00a0Seal Team.
