The soul sisters love eating as much as they love cooking and with their Instant Restaurant they want to show the world that it is possible to modernise traditional cuisine without diminishing the African experience.<\/p>\n<p>To date, they have not been afraid to speak their minds about their competitors\u2019 efforts, so they cannot expect any favours in return.\u00a0The pair admits that presentation is not their strongest suit \u2013 and hope they can compensate with a dish that pleases the palate and warms the heart.<\/p>\n<p>So, will they avoid finishing at the bottom of the leader board \u2013 the recipe for an early exit?<\/p>\n<p>My Kitchen Rules SA is broadcast on M-Net channel 101 every Sunday night at 18:00.
