It was obvious from the second they stepped onto their new beach that pre-existing tribal alliances have divided Araw along original Mindanao and Luzon lines. Why are they not shifting their focus to their individual games? Or are these superfans of the Survivor franchise smarter than what we give them credit for?

If last week is anything to go by, the ‘blue’ majority – and new member Tom – are in a prime position to pick off the ‘reds’, one by one. But the spanner in the works is Toni, who has felt that her loyalty to the ‘Mindanao Strong’ bloc hasn’t been rewarded, and with PK constantly agitating for a ‘big move’, their former tribemates had better keep an eye on them – or face a potential internal blindside.

This week, the Immunity Necklace will literally go to the last castaway standing, in a grueling Immunity Challenge – with some temptation along the way to test the castaways’ sense of security in the game.

Tune in to Survivor SA: Philippines this Thursday at 19:00 on M-Net 101.

Also make a note to catch the fun-filled YouTube episode of Live After: Survivor South Africa on the DStv Online YouTube page, where the voted-off castaway will be in conversation with host Phil Mphela at 20:05 each week, directly after Survivor SA airs on M-Net 101. Want to ask a castaway a burning question? Tweet using #LiveAfter and @survivorsa and Phil could get it answered in the ‘Ask Me Anything’ segment of the show.

While fans of the show enjoy all the action in the episode, there are also some magnificent prizes up for grabs on the Survivor SA: Philippines website:

A Huawei P20 Pro phone valued at R15 499.

A Cape Union Mart voucher valued at R10 000.

A delicious Steers Wacky Wednesdays voucher for one year, valued at R2800.

All you have to do is to go to www.mnet.tv/survivorsa and answer the weekly quiz question.
