The Castaways face more upheaval on this week\u2019s episode of Survivor South Africa: Philippines as yet another twist to the game offers those at the bottom of the pecking order, a golden opportunity to try and climb it.<\/p>\n

All the original Luzon \u2018outsiders\u2019 have been voted out of the game, bar Tom \u2013 taken into the majority alliance at Merge – and Annalize \u2013 who\u2019s been a blue since the tribe shuffle in week 4. Werner, Jeanne and Katinka are pulling the \u2018Mindanao Strong\u2019 strings, with them in tow, while Toni and PK \u2013 despite dedicating their game to their original \u2018blue blood\u2019 alliance – find themselves at the bottom of the food chain. The position she constantly finds herself in has irked Toni into making several seemingly prospect-limiting public outbursts and also forced PK to consider his options.<\/p>\n

After Palesa joined Chan\u00e9 and Vusi on the Jury after last week\u2019s episode \u2013 with an unplayed Immunity Idol in her pocket \u2013 there are 7 Castaways left in the game, who all need to be mindful of the Jury\u2019s watchful eye as they bid for the R1 Million prize and \u2018Sole Survivor\u2019 title.<\/p>\n

This week, the Castaways play for power, position and potato salad in a challenge which will exercise their hunger-afflicted memories and physical capabilities. The result will have far-reaching consequences on the game as the strength of alliances is tested by a turbulent twist.<\/p>\n
