Next week, another 4 comedians are taking to the stage to battle it out in\u00a0Roast Battle\u00a0on\u00a0Comedy Central (DStv channel 122) on Monday, 6 August at 21:30.<\/p>\n
This week, it\u2019s three guys and a hilarious lady flexing their roast muscles, fuelling the flames and taking no prisoners, all in the hope of getting through to the next round.\u00a0 First up are the over the top, feisty hellcats\u00a0Casper De Vries\u00a0and\u00a0Lihle Lindzy, followed by the kosher comedy king\u00a0Dave Levinsohn\u00a0vs.Tumi Stopnonsons.\u00a0Only two will make it through and move on to the next round.<\/p>\n
Comedy legend\u00a0John Vlismas\u00a0is the ultimate Roast Master along with heavyweight comedians\u00a0Tumi Morake\u00a0and\u00a0Kagiso Lediga\u00a0making up the Comedy Central Roast Battle judging panel.<\/p>\n
Roast Battle\u00a0is a wildly successful international format first debuted at the Montreal Comedy Festival and now filmed as a Comedy Central television show internationally. The South African version was filmed in front of a live audience as part of the Goliath Comedy Experience at The Venue Melrose Arch<\/p>\n
