Set in 79 A.D., POMPEII stars Kit Harington (HBO’s Game of Thrones, The Seventh Son) as Milo, a slave turned invincible gladiator who finds himself in a race against time to save his true love Flavia, the beautiful daughter of a wealthy merchant who has been unwillingly betrothed to a corrupt Roman General. As Mt. Vesuvius erupts in a torrent of blazing lava, Milo must fight his way out of the arena in order to save his beloved as the once magnificent Pompeii crumbles around him. Starring alongside Harington is Emily Browning (Sucker Punch, Lemony Snicket’s A Series of Unfortunate Events) as Flavia, and Jared Harris (The Mortal Instruments: City of Bones, Sherlock Holmes: A Game of Shadows, TV’s Mad Men) as Lucretius, her father.
