Following the release to his 2nd single of the year “PHOLAY” is rapper & songwriter, Tae Africa as he prepares to embrace the summer breeze with a brand new two track single titled “Streetwise Too” which features tracks “Madibuseng” & “Monate”. The single pack showcases a more light, relaxed and fun side to Tae Africa’s brand as taps into a more golden and old-school sound better known as Kwaito with an infusion of modern day Hip-Hop.
“Streetwise Too” is a fun-pack dedicated to the amazing memories built over the summer season through amazing music, vibes, personalities, activities and much more. It embraces a more eased down mood on the dance floor as one can jam to the tracks over a ‘lekker braai’ or a relaxing drive down to a great city or town such as Durban, Soweto, Cape Town and more.
The pack only features one vocalist and songwriter from Cape Town namely known as ‘Kae Wax’ on ‘Madibuseng’ which makes references to the good old days of ‘Jam Alley’. The singles allow fans to experience Tae Africa’s sonic progression as he stands for the amazing local culture and maintaining the impactful times of back in the day which is more in reference to the early 2000s.
As he prepares for the new year, “Streetwise Too” will be the great ending of 2024 as he plans on complimenting the release with stellar visuals before the end of the year.

He dropped a joint mixtape ‘4THEMO$H’ with legendary disk jockey DJ Switch late last 2023 in September which features hit single “ASKIES TA’ which has since received visuals in March 2024.
