Sentech’s Charity Golf Day raised R1 million at Randpark Ridge Golf Club on Friday, 30 October 2026, bringing clients, partners and stakeholders together in support of three charitable organisations.

The fundraising achievement builds on the success of the 2025 event, which raised R720,000 shared among three beneficiary organisations. This year’s result reflects an increased contribution towards supporting organisations that make a meaningful difference in their respective communities.
The Charity Golf Day provides an opportunity for Sentech and its stakeholders to come together around a shared purpose, demonstrating how collective effort and partnerships can support important social causes.
The 2026 beneficiaries are TEARS Foundation, Africa Food for Thought and Swaragano. TEARS Foundation provides support to survivors of domestic violence and sexual abuse. Africa Food for Thought focuses on food security for children, while Swaragano supports vulnerable children and families in Alexandra. The funds raised will contribute to the important work undertaken by these organisations in the communities they serve.
Last year’s beneficiaries were Adelaide Tambo School for the Physically Challenged in Soweto, Keabecoe Moiloa Foundation in Vereeniging, and Bana Bothle Centre in North West.
Commenting on the achievement, Tebogo Leshope, CEO of Sentech said “as an organisation, we recognise that our role in society extends beyond our core business. It is about using our relationships, resources and collective influence to contribute to meaningful change. We believe that when we work together with a shared sense of responsibility, we can help create better opportunities and more sustainable outcomes for the communities around us.”
Sentech extends its sincere appreciation to all sponsors, partners, participants and stakeholders whose contributions helped make this year’s fundraising achievement possible. Their support reinforces the value of coming together to contribute to meaningful social causes.
