The eclectic range of amazing indie movies, documentaries and short films from around the world will be preceded by a special advance screening of the new HELLBOY movie, THE CROOKED MAN on 25 September by Gravel Road! (This show will be at a commercial cinema, not Roxy) To stand the chance of grabbing a free double set of tickets (popcorn & drinks included), check out this video for details:
From 26 September for the CELLUDROID movies at ROXY, you will receive free popcorn before each movie, and as a licensed venue, you’ll be able to order various drinks at the bar. DJs will continue the party after the shows.
Amid the modern CELLUDROID cross-genre movies incorporating everything from post-apocalyptic, cosmic, cryogenic, AI, the hacker movement and various other subjects (even Horror and the bizarre), the old school classics are also represented with the legendary PLAN 9 FROM OUTER SPACE, plus a very special 16mm film projection of the 1951 movie THE DAY THE EARTH STOOD STILL!
There will be no streaming option this year, only in-person shows at ROXY.
